Suda Koi Farm, registered as Suda Fish Farm Co., Ltd., is in the Katakai district of Ojiya, Niigata Prefecture, and is run by Kazutaka Suda. Kodama Koi Farm lists its specialties as Hirenaga (long-fin) and Ginrin koi, and describes Suda as one of the few breeders of Hirenaga, or butterfly, koi. ChampKoi says Suda is the farm to buy from for a long-fin koi bred in Japan, in Kohaku, Sanke, Showa and metallic forms.
