1. Who We Are

This website, lagunakoi.com, is run by Laguna Koi Ponds, 20452 Laguna Canyon Rd, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. By using the website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

2. Using the Website and Store

You may use this website to learn about koi and ponds, shop, book services and manage your account. Please don't misuse it: don't try to break into it, interfere with how it works, or copy its content for commercial use. The text, photos and logos on this website belong to Laguna Koi or are used with permission.

3. Orders, Pricing and Availability

Prices and availability are shown on the website and can change at any time. Many of our koi are one of a kind, so an item can sell before your order is complete. An order is confirmed only once we accept it and your payment goes through. If we can't fill an order, for example because an item is no longer available or was listed with an error, we will tell you and refund any payment for that item.

Live koi are shipped as described in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these terms. For questions about an order, including returns, please contact us (see below).

4. Accounts and Koi Karats

You are responsible for keeping your account login safe and for what is done with it. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

Koi Karats are a rewards program offered by Laguna Koi. Karats are earned and redeemed as shown at checkout and in your account. They have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and the program's rules may change or the program may end.

5. Our QuickBooks Connection

We use our own QuickBooks connection to send our daily sales summaries into our QuickBooks Online account for bookkeeping. Only Laguna Koi uses this connection, and it isn't offered to anyone else. It sends totals only, not customer names, emails or addresses.

6. No Warranties

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". Except for any guarantee we state in writing (such as in our Shipping Policy), we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise that the website will always be available or free of errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Laguna Koi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
